Freelance Rates
💐Standard Hourly Rates
- Front Florist / Retail Support - $26/hr
- Studio / Wedding Floristry - $30/hr
- Event Setup / On‑Site Work - $35/hr (accounts for travel time + gas)
- Bartending - $25/hr plus 17% grats of total alcohol bill
Other Rates & Conditions
- Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Christmas Week: x1.5 standard rate ( no increase after 5pm)
- After 5:00pm, Sunday’s and Public Holiday, all rates shift to x1.5.
- Invoiced by the hour
Minimum Booking
- 2‑hour minimum for shop shifts
- 3‑hour minimum for event setup days
💐Certifications & Skills
- 5+ year experience in the fast paced floral industry
- CPR / First Aid certified
- SCARS certified
- TIPS & BarTrain certified
- Valid driver’s license; able to drive light van
- Skilled in both design & production tasks
- Able to match shop style & design recipes
- Experience in all aspects: retail, studio, event, on-site, delivery, proposals
